Ólafur Arinbjörn Sigurðsson

Ólafur Arinbjörn Sigurðsson is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeal. He has extensive experience in various fields of business law such as securities law, corporate law, corporate finance, financial regulation, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and matters related to electricity supply contracts. Ólafur Arinbjörn is a member of LOGOS’s banking and finance team. Between 1998-2003 he worked at the Icelandic Stock Exchange. Ólafur Arinbjörn has lectured at the University of Iceland, Faculty of Law, the Business School at the University of Iceland, Bifröst University and the Continuing Educating Centre at the University of Iceland. Furthermore, he was an Adjunct lecturer between 2006-2010 at Reykjavik University. Ólafur Arinbjörn joined LOGOS in 2003 and became a partner in 2006.
